Most people get upset and cry when their kids start prep.
But today as I said goodbye to our kindy teachers I couldn't help the tears and have felt really emotional all day.
This is a great kindy with wonderful educators and I really appreciate all the care and love our daughter has received here. We will miss you day oners.

We have had such a positive experience with this daycare, especially within the management team and my child’s educators. They have been incredibly caring, patient, and attentive.

My child is always made to feel supported, included and comfortable, the team does a wonderful job of adapting their care to suit his needs in a natural and thoughtful way and are always happy to answer any questions or concerns with total transparency.

I love this centre. My child loves this centre. The staff are wonderful and always so lovely and caring. Management have always been very supportive when my family has faced difficulties and done so much to help us. I recommend if your able to send your little one here that you do so.

We have had our children enrolled since 2022. The staff are all wonderful, very helpful and listen to your needs. The play rooms are clean, well kept, modern with lots of toys and learning materials for the kids to play with. The outdoor area is shaded and well maintained, sun safety is extremely important and the children are taught how to apply their sunscreen correctly. They enjoy the food provided and accommodate the morning routine at drop off.
Overall I reccomend this daycare to everyone in the local area. We trust them and feel comfortable bringing them in each day.

I love this daycare everyone is polite and says hello. My kids have loved coming to this daycare. Or in one kids case still loves going there. I am happy my boys have and are going to this daycare. The boys are happy there and knows everyone there. And the greet you get as soon as you walk is in is absolutely beautiful. I have never meet a bounce of lovely lady's like the ones that work at this daycare. And I would refure people to this daycare. Thank you for all you do and continue to do

We recently put our youngest into Day One, Edens Landing. To say we are impressed is an understatement. The teachers are wonderful and super caring. Our boy liked to scream the centre down at drop off and each day they gave him cuddles and updated me within minutes with a photo and message to let us know he is ok. I have a teaching background so know what I’m looking for and can’t fault the centre and staff. We highly recommend the centre 😊 5 ⭐️

I just want to say how amazing the staff are at this centre. My daughter is autistic and can be very demanding, however, they all put the support in to cater for her needs and she enjoys going to school every morning. Her behaviours turned around so quickly moving her from a different centre that did not manage the children very well and no structure but now my daughter is thriving since coming here. Emotionally and academically I believe my child has flourished due to the environment being so well structured and the staff being so patient and friendly.

Amazing centre and an even more amazing Director, Kate! The change of management and new staff are great! They show great leadership amongst each other and have the deepest care for the children. The centre is kept beautifully clean and is overall 10/10.

My child was difficult at drop off's and the staff really made it easier with that witch made me as a parent feel at ease when I left.

My 4 yo son absolutely loves this centre. The educators are wonderful this year, they have really shown a dedication, empathy and care towards myself and my son. They have helped my son to understand how to make friends and worked with me to help him understand how to interact with the other children making me confident with his transfer into school next year. He thrives from positive reinforcement and this centres values and morals absolutely align with what he needs. I am especially happy the nature aspect of the outdoor area too, I feel as though he really gets to enjoy every day just being a kid, looking for bugs and running around with his friends. My son comes home saying how much he loves everyone and how much fun he has everyday.

We searched 6 different centres on the Cassowary Coast and chose Day One Mission Beach (even with a 47min drive to get there) because the genuine care, attention and learning abilities that Day One showed us exactly the high standard we were looking for. We are so happy with our choice, our daughter absolutely loves the whole team at Day One and watching her development and growth has been wonderful.

When my son was 10 months old we went for a tour and during the tour he put his arms out to Kylie the centre director and wanted her to hold him. To me that said a lot about Kylie and the centre, that he instantly felt comfortable.

We started in the nursery when he was 12 months old and we have been so happy ever since. The nursery educators are the kindest most caring people who love the kids they're caring for. My son is actually excited for drop off most mornings!

The centre is only small so we've come to know most of the educators and anytime you walk in they're always happy to greet you. Even staff we don't know always say hello to my son by name because they know him. This smaller centre environment has made the transition to daycare so much easier because my son is at ease with people he knows and there's always familiar people around for him.

We receive daily pictures and updates and the team in the room always have a different activity planned for every day. We've been so happy with the choice to send our son to Day One!

I’m always so grateful and at ease sending my daughter to this daycare. We've been part of this wonderful community for 2 ½ years, and the staff are absolutely fabulous. Most days, it’s a struggle to get my daughter to leave because she just loves staying to play!

The resources and play equipment are fantastic and always keep her engaged. I’ve spoken to friends and family about it, and they’re often surprised at how affordable this kindy is, especially with all the inclusions they offer.

Day One Early Learning centre at Dakabin is the best. Caring, lovely staff who have been there for many years. And when looking for a centre that's important . The children are happy and have the best fun with lots of engaging experiences daily.

Great center. The educators have been very welcoming since my son’s first day. I get great daily communication and they are always open to listening and problem solving any concerns I do have. It’s a nice feeling that my son enjoys going everyday.

Day One has been amazing for my little girl. After moving from another centre where we had a bad experience, they have truly proven we made the right choice. Our girl has come leaps and bounds in her communication and social skills. She loves her Kindy days and will often try to get us to take her to Kindy on the weekends.

Caring, loving and kind ,from the Management Team to the Educators, they are all passionate about the kids’ development and they take sincere interest in creating an inclusive, caring and safe environment for the children.

Long story short, both my kids loves it there and it has everything, if not more, that I look for in a child care centre.

My daughter is currently attending here. It’s wonderful to see how much growth and her learning progress has been since she’s been attending Day One Early Learning Centre. The staff are an absolute delight to deal with and the Educators are just amazing! My daughter always looks forward to going to day care and riding on the school bus too lol So.. look no further if you live locally and in search for excellent care for your little ones.

The staff at Day One Morayfeild are 10/10. The team go above and beyond for the children. We have 2 children attending and they have absolutely blossomed since starting in 2022. Our children are constantly challenging themselves in many aspects. Meals are provided by the centre and I am shocked that my fussy eaters are enjoying the prepared meals even asking for extra of some meals. The staff have created such a warm and welcoming environment for the children and their families. The diversity of learning experiences is a delight to see as the children learn and understand about different cultures and the importance or acceptance and inclusion.

I would absolutely recommend Day One Morayfeild to anyone looking for care in the community!

The whole team at Day one Dakabin are amazing. They are so caring and loving to my kids and it feels like a family.
They have staff members that have been there since the centre opened and most staff have been there for at least 4 years, this is reassuring that my girls can create relationships with each of them.
I cannot fault them in anyway, they have accommodated emergency care and have before and after school care for the older children. Best daycare centre around.

I cannot say enough positive things about this daycare - it's truly amazing! The staff are incredibly caring and attentive, and they really go above and beyond to create a safe and nurturing environment for the children. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, with plenty of engaging activities and learning opportunities for the kids. My child has learned so much and has made great friends there and always comes home with a big smile and in good spirits.

After having a not so positive experience with our last centre, Day One has been a saving grace for our family. Krystle is amazing at meeting the needs of our son and ensuring we as parents feel confident in leaving him in the care of her staff. If you’re looking for a supportive and understanding environment, I’d highly recommend Day One Eagleby!

Day One Early Learning is a great centre. I have 2 daughter's attending and they absolutely love going so much that they ask to go on weekends. The educators are amazing and provide a warm caring environment for the children.
