Vacation Care
Day One Early Learning Centres offers vacation care for children aged 5-12 years. Our fun and educational program uses the “My Time, Our Place” framework with a focus on learning through play and adventure, where children are challenged to be curious and build new friendships.
Our vacation care programs are specific to each centre and include a variety of experiences ranging from excursions (where we go out into the community), incursions (where a provider comes to us), physical activity, project work and more.
Our Vacation Care Lead Educator has developed a fabulous weekly program for each school holiday period.

What makes our Vacation Care so special?
With group sizes kept to a minimum at each Campus, our caring and qualified staff are able to understand the needs and personalities of each child, ensuring they have a wonderful time.
Smaller groups like ours also make fun excursions possible – exciting trips to the movies, the beach, local parks and nature-based outings are always part of the Day One Vacation Care program.
All of our Vacation Care Programs are Approved Services under the National Quality Framework, with access to Government Child Care Rebates for families.
